FAQs

Is it complicated?

Our phones are very intuitive with on screen displays and easy menus. Our friendly team will answer any question.

Can I keep my phone numbers?

Absolutely! We port each of your numbers to our service.

How fast does my internet need to be?

We recommend 100Kbps per user. For example, if you have 10 users you should have 1Mbps dedicated to voice service.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Our system monitors the status of the phones with every phone call. If your internet goes down we can automatically re-route calls to another site, an answering service, or even your cell phone. Clients will never know the difference.

How long does it take?

Service can be activated as quickly as same day. In most cases the porting process takes 2-3 weeks from submission of all the documents. Incomplete information and pending orders can delay the process.

How about training?

During your onboarding call we will train you on the platform, your phones and answer any questions you may have.

What’s next?

Once you've accepted your quote we will work with you to gather all the required documents, answer any questions and obtain the information needed to provision your new service.

When will I be billed?

Those who have ordered hardware, or any one-time services will be charged upon order acceptance. All other recurring services will begin upon activation of service which will be advised via email. Activation of Service occurs either when you receive temporary phone numbers for forwarding from your carrier, or upon porting your first number to our service.
